Brittany Essig

Brittany Essig is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adults, adolescents, and children. She is also Basic Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). While she carries a full caseload of individual clients and families, her passion is in running groups. Her ultimate vision is to share DBT with youth in our local school system. Brittany is married to her husband Marc and they share three children together. Their oldest son is 22 years old and just graduated college. Their daughter is in her first year of college and their youngest is a junior in high school. She is familiar with supporting loved ones through stressful moments and navigating the stages of development. She takes pride in understanding the parent and the child perspective. She is an active Young Life Leader and board member in the Englewood area. Overall, it is her passion and goal to bring healing and restoration to those who have experienced heartache, brokenness, and trauma.

Dr. Pamela Earl

Dr. Pamela Earl is a licensed Mental Health Counselor who is a Trauma and Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT). She specializes in Brainspotting (BSP), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Hypnosis, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She has been certified in BSP and Hypnosis and is a Certified Master Art Practitioner. Although she primarily works with adults, 18 and older,
she is committed to the well-being and wholeness of each individual: mentally, physically, and spiritually. She wants each individual to function effectively in every area of their life, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential. As a Mother and Grandmother, Dr. Pam offers a lot of life experiences. She is passionate about helping those who are experiencing emotional pain, are
struggling, feel stuck, or just need a caring person to talk things over with, so they are able to move forward.
Dr. Pam has joined Roots and Branches to be able to focus more on the trauma individuals have experienced and can remain frozen in time, due to non-
processing. Past experiences can have unknown thoughts and beliefs attached to them, causing much individual pain and suffering.
